What is Quick Maths
QuickMaths is a set of four free, no-signup tools for UK sole traders, landlords and accountants. Upload a bank statement and the analyzer extracts every transaction and categorises it against HMRC's SA103 expense categories; the receipt scanner reads photos of receipts and invoices including line items and VAT; the VAT calculator estimates figures for all nine boxes of a UK VAT return from a statement; and the quarterly reporter groups a whole year of transactions into HMRC's Making Tax Digital update periods with per-category totals. Everything exports to Excel. Documents are processed in memory and never stored — there's no account, no trial and no card. QuickMaths is a preparation tool, not filing software: output is AI-generated and designed to be checked, then carried into whichever HMRC-recognised product you use.
